Karen Corr brings championship-level vision to the table — as a player, a coach, and a storyteller of the game. Welcome to Corr Vision.
Karen Corr was born in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland, and picked up a cue at 14 after joining a snooker club with her dad and brother. By 15 she was entering tournaments — and never looked back. The day after her 21st birthday, she won her first Women's World Snooker Championship, a title she would claim again in 1991, 1995, and 1996. She also won three World English Billiards Championships.
In 1998 Karen moved to the American pool circuit, rising from world #24 to #1 in just a few years. In 2001 she became the first player ever to win every WPBA Classic Tour event in a single season. She held the world #1 ranking for two consecutive years and accumulated titles across the US, Canada, Japan, and Europe.
The crowning achievement of her career came on October 26, 2012, when Karen was inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame — recognised for her rapid rise and her unmatched consistency on the American circuit.
If your cue ball is wandering, give it a firm Irish talking-to.
Corr Vision: Sharp enough to cut through a foggy Irish morning.
See the shot clearly — no four-leaf clovers required.
Patience, practice, and just a dash of Irish stubbornness.
Remember: even on a bad day, the cue ball listens better than most people.
Play with confidence — you've survived worse than a tricky cut shot.
